Sam Outdoor did a fantastic job with our sunroom. From the beginning, the whole process was professional, straightforward and easy to deal with. Jimmy and AJ were both excellent to communicate with - responsive, helpful and genuinely pleasant throughout the project. We’re very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the materials used. The finished result looks great and feels solid and well built. We also found their pricing very reasonable, particularly considering the quality of the work delivered. Overall, a very positive experience from start to finish. I’d happily recommend Sam Outdoor to anyone looking for quality outdoor or sunroom work at a fair price.

We engaged Sam Out Door living to upgrade my back garden with an insulated pergola and an ezglazed pergola. My experience with the them has been great, especially with the sale rep Jay Ho who has been so supportive and patient with our constant changes and requests. The site team is also very friendly and quick to complete the installation of 2 large pergolas in 2 days and a half. I recently had Sam Outdoor Living install an insulated patio in my backyard, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. A special shout-out to AJ, who was fantastic to deal with. He answered all of my questions and was incredibly upfront and honest about the process and the timeline. The installation team did a stellar job with the build itself, and I was especially impressed by how clean they left my backyard afterward. Jay and the team at Sam Outdoor Living did an excellent job on our deck and pergola. They were by far the cheapest out of the 3 quotes we got and the most flexible, delivering a truly custom job. The result looks great, feels great and we didn’t lose any light from the pergola.

Sam Outdoor Living did an amazing job transforming our backyard. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. They tailored everything for us — from organising the building permit drawings and drafts to the final build. There was an unexpected challenge when some of the delivered materials were removed/stolen,which was stressful at the time, but the team handled it professionally and still managed to complete the project and deliver a beautiful result. The workmanship is excellent, and our outdoor space now feels modern, solid, and brand new. It’s a place our family will truly enjoys. Highly recommend Sam Outdoor Living. We had an outstanding experience with Sam Outdoor Living! They installed two motorised outdoor blinds in some very challenging areas where existing pipes required custom flashings. The team handled everything with exceptional skill, using high-quality materials and delivering excellent workmanship.
