When he came out to take measurements, he took the time to clearly explain the patio quote and ensured I understood all the details. He was always available to answer any questions I had and showed great patience in walking me through everything. What really stood out was his commitment to customer service , even after the project was completed, he followed up to check if I was satisfied. He also personally came back to my place for a further inspection, which I really appreciated.
